Prior to real estate, I taught in Metro Nashville Public Schools and ran an online marketing business for 5 years. These careers gave me experience in education, sales, and marketing. I focused on studying complex concepts so I could teach others easily. My business experience taught me how to market and sell products for top dollar at scale.
